 About our Appraiser, Dr. Joe N Garner. 

 Dr. Garner has been a firearms enthusiast since his Dad gave him his first .22 at age 10. He served as a Captain in the USAF in the 60's and USAF reserves in the 70's. He retired from dentistry and decided to formalize his years of experience with his certification in firearms appraisal from the American Gunsmithing Institute, otherwise known as AGI. As a lifetime member of NRA and member of AGI, he understands the importance and value of firearms.
